I'm generally of the belief that asking for donations from people for yourself is silly, but I now I'm going to be a big old hypocrite. I'm not going to ask more than just this once but I really am desperate.

I need a new lens very badly, the one I have is a kit lens and it keeps having trouble focusing, which is embarrassing during shoots and also means I end up with a shit ton of blurry unusable images without realizing it until I'm putting them on my computer. I'm desperately trying to put together the funds to upgrade. This is the lens I'm saving up for and it's $1,149

Considering the tuition increase from my school becoming a state college, plus the fact that my lab fees are going to be 600+ this semester, I just don't see me affording this very soon despite the fact that I'm having so much trouble with my current lens. This is my one post requesting donations and the only time you'll hear me whine about it, I promise. Even just $5 would be incredibly helpful, thank you thank you thank you in advance if you do decide to donate.
